Certification testing
PESC offers full specification testing to all national thermoplastic pipe standards, as well as other plastic products, to allow manufacturers to obtain product certification. All testing is performed to a level of quality as required by the South Africa National Accreditation System (SANAS) in accordance with IEC ISO 17025:2017, with many method specifications being accredited. Certification bodies customers can approach are:
- British Standards Institute (BSI)
- South Afriican Bureau of Standards (SABS)
- South African Technical Auditing Services (SATAS)
- Any other certification body accepting ISO/IEC 17025 accredited reports
